Erin supports the full grants lifecycle and ensures compliance with US, international, and Growald Climate Fund policies and practices. Working closely with the program team, Erin strives to ensure a smooth award process for GCF grantees. 

Erin’s background is in international grants management, finance, and compliance. Before joining GCF, she worked as a grants and finance specialist with FHI 360, supporting grantees focused on increasing the number and diversity of young people pursuing engineering career paths. Erin also worked as a finance and operations manager for JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. supporting a portfolio of USAID-funded international health projects. 

Erin holds a master’s degree in global health policy from the University of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and daughter, and their dog and two cats.
