Min Pease | Associate Director, Collective Impact

 

Min manages Growald Climate Fund’s collective impact grants portfolio,  supporting efforts led by strategic regranters and civil society networks that leverage a collective impact approach. She also weaves connections and mobilizes funds for impact across regranters, philanthropists, foundations, and NGO networks to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.

Prior to joining GCF, Min led the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Goalkeepers community, a global collective of diverse changemakers driving progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She previously created Echoing Green's impact funding program supporting start-up social entrepreneurs and worked to increase the scale and effectiveness of impact investing at the Global Impact Investing Network. Min has also worked in local government on economic and workforce development and received a Fulbright grant to South Korea. 

Min has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Whitman College and a master’s in development management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is based in Seattle, WA.
